On Sunday, Sept. 19, the celebs returned to the crimson carpet—with hefty pandemic-safety protocols in impact—for the Emmy Awards. (The Emmys famously aired virtually in 2020.) With the rolled out crimson carpet and in-person present, the cameras have been able to seize any second…and so they actually did.
From enjoyable poses to group selfies, reunions, wins and victorious reactions, the cameras caught all of it, and now we now have the images to show it.
In fact, there were a few moments you definitely didn’t want to miss, like RuPaul‘s history-making wins. With 11 statues, he is now the most-awarded Black artist in Emmys historical past. As for I Could Destroy You creator Michaela Coel, she turned the primary Black lady to win an Emmy for limited-series writing.
However, as they are saying, an image is price a thousand phrases, so sufficient of ours.
