MANILA, Philippines—A possible rematch between Manny Pacquiao and World Boxing Affiliation (Tremendous) champion Yordenis Ugas received’t be occurring anytime quickly.
In a decision by the WBA, Ugas will defend his title in opposition to necessary challenger Eimantas Stanionis whereas WBA (common) champion Jamal James will face Radzhab Butaev within the first of two phases of a “Field-Off.”
