HUNTINGTON BEACH, Ca. (Reuters) -A big oil spill off the California coast started washing ashore at Huntington Seaside over the weekend after an oil rig pipeline was breached, leaving lifeless fish and birds strewn on the sand, native and federal officers mentioned.

An estimated 126,000 gallons had unfold into an oil slick masking about 13 sq. miles of the Pacific Ocean because it was first reported on Saturday morning, in accordance with Katrina Foley, the Orange County supervisor.
