The Punjab government has issued instructions to the state-owned PRTC to take away posters from buses with footage of former chief minister Amarinder Singh. Charanjit Singh Channi took over because the chief minister of the state, changing Singh, on Monday.
Posters carrying footage of the chief minister are pasted on state-owned buses. These posters spotlight the welfare schemes and achievements of the state authorities.
A letter to take away posters of the previous CM was issued by the Public Relations Division director to the Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) in Patiala on Monday.
