Mr. Vegas hosted Cardi B’s dancehall themed party and took photographs at Nicki Minaj and Drake throughout on his Instagram.

“CARDI SINCERELY LOVES DANCEHALL. SHE DOES NOT SEE IT AS A LITTLE FLAVORING FOR ALBUMS OR REMIXES. THE QUEEN DEDICATED HER BIRTHDAY TO WI CULTURE (PASSA PASSA DANCEHALL). THIS IS HOW YOU KNOW SHE IS NOT A VULTURE,” he captioned a social media submit.

Mr. Vegas has had points with Drake for years. In 2016 he blasted Drake for not crediting dancehall artists appropriately on his Views album.

“It isn’t me taking photographs at Drake. It is like standing up for a tradition that I am part of and I have been part of,” he stated.
