In final evening’s reunion episode, RHOBH’s Erika says that her attorneys suggested her to give up the present.

“I mentioned, ‘No, as a result of I’ve nothing to cover.’ And so they mentioned, ‘Properly, that this sh*t can get flipped round on you.’ Every part could be parsed, twisted, turned and sure, presumably turned in opposition to you. Whether or not it’s true or not, it nearly does not even matter at this level,” she mentioned. “However I am not a quitter and I wished to honor my dedication. I wasn’t going to run away from what’s coming at me.”
